Très bon hôtel, chambre super propre, conseils de la dame à la réception très précieux, merci de nous avoir conseillé "la maison du berger" et le resto juste en face, ils étaient tous deux délicieux. Super petit déjeuné. Nuit très calme, oreiller, merci pour le choix. Rien à redire tout était très bien, nous reviendrons.

The hotel is ideally located on a main roadear Mons but very well set back so there is no noise intrusion. The room was light an airey and the bed very comfortable. The staff were very hhelpful and were alwaysmiling which bertainly relaxes one!

Een heel fijn en leuk hotel , zeker een aanrader , heel vriendelijk en behulpzame medewerkers , kamers heel netjes en compleet en alles aanwezig voor een aangenaam verblijf , zeker een bezoek waard , ook heel verzorgd ontbijt. Wij komen zeker terug.

Kamer was te klein voor 3 personen.Ontbijt= om 9 uur was er geen brood meer.geen verschillende broodsoorten.enkel maar hard bruin.geen ontbijtkoeken. Croissant enkel.Gelei= reservoir =leeg,Choco =leeg.Koffieapparaat haperde . Fijne vleesspijtwaren ? Onder weg naar huis gaan ontbijten in een brasserie. Wifi was niet te bereiken met de laptop = hadden netwerk beveiligingscode nodig Tv = geen Vlaamse zenders 'S avonds in de bar met voicer = barman kwam niet opdagen,dan maar naar de kamer Zo'n tegenvaller

Quelques améliorations sont à prévoir au niveau de l’espace bien-être. Une seule personne pour gérer l’accueil, le bar, les bagages c’est peu. La chambre était top mais pas énormément de chaîne à la télévision.

Mijn echtgenote en ik verbleven hier enkele dagen en vonden dit een prima hotel. Alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd. We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen en de mevrouw aan de receptie schakelde vlot over naar het Nederlands. In de lobby is het aangenaam vertoeven, vooral in het bar-gedeelte. Heel leuk is de voucher van 5 euro die je krijgt wanneer je je kamer niet laat poetsen. Je kan dit aangeven dmv een kaartje dat aan de deurknop gehangen wordt. Bij een 3-daags verblijf is het dan ook niet nodig om de kamer te laten poetsen. Verse badhanddoeken kregen we van het vriendelijke poetspersoneel, en dit op eenvoudig verzoek. De kamer was heel proper, net zoals de badkamer. Er is klimaatregeling zodat je het nooit te koud of te warm hebt. De matrassen zijn van goede kwaliteit en en heel tof was ook dat je kunt kiezen tussen kussens met een verschillende hardheid. 's Nachts was het aangenaam stil. Het ontbijt was prima, uiterst verzorgd met heel veel keuze. Voor de liefhebbers is er gratis wellness (infraroodcabine en jacuzzi). Dit hotel is zeker een aanrader.

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst, werden in het Nederlands aangesproken en geïnformeerd. Geboekt via Bongo bon, kregen nog een drankje aangeboden. Mooie, propere en nieuwe of vernieuwde kamer. Lekker ontbijt met voldoende groot assortiment.
