到酒店後，前台美女非常熱情的接待了我們，還提示了了潮訊訊息，同時給我們升級了江景房，是一次非常滿意的體驗；我們站在陽台看了一次非常完美的錢塘江漲潮過程；酒店環境、綠化優美；早餐豐盛，就餐環境舒適、優雅。

位置:蠻偏的～周圍沒啥東西，開到中心大概40分鐘路程～雖説旁邊有個觀潮公園，但五一不是觀潮季，800多的價格性價比真的很低～不推薦～
設施:整體偏老～衞生還可以～
早餐:中規中矩～
服務:客房服務員蠻好的，前台和二樓中餐廳的態度一般般～
其他:有贈送水果～另外二樓中餐廳那裡算是有個觀景平台，視野一般～三樓説是也有個觀景平台～服務員説是不對外開放的～咱也不敢問為啥～呵呵～

房間和圖片一致，開窗就是錢塘江，花園環境不錯，酒店到觀潮公園停車場步行15分鐘左右，開車兩三分鐘，周邊景點除了廟宮開着，其他都維修中，廟宮要提前瞭解背景 才有點意思，否則就不要去了。如果景區全開放還是可以住一晚在這邊。酒店早餐有點失望，居然沒啥吃的，菜品很少，每天早上三樣素菜，沒有炒飯，麪食不多，花樣太少了。酒店總體服務還是可以，客房服務比較及時。
