這家酒店剛開業的時候住過一次，印象裏是新開的很乾凈，晚上還可以在南關廂走走逛逛，所以這次又來了，但再次居住後發現有兩個很不合理的地方，也是明白為啥每個月都來海寧出差幾天卻從來不會再來這邊住的原因，這種經營模式真的很難有回頭客，生意都被做死了
①我訂的是三天兩晚的房間，其中一個前台説開車來的一共衹給兩張停車券，在旁邊的亞朵以及附近酒店都住過，居住期間都是免費停車的，從來沒有哪一家説是停車還要限制次數的，也就是説車開進去後，如果中間要再出去吃個午飯，回去就要自費！反饋給前台説這種規定衹有你一家酒店是這樣，她説老闆規定的，那沒辦法……其實拿停車券掃碼就可以，對於酒店來説本身就沒有任何損失，不知道為啥會制定這麼不合理的設定！這家酒店的價格在這圈屬實不算便宜，也沒有什麼特別之處的設施，還要限制停車，我唯一能做到的就是不會再來
②早上八點多吃完早飯，出去拿個東西，回來就看到阿姨在打掃！我問阿姨説你們怎麼九點就開始收拾啊，她説是看到我出去了！這……如果房間裏有其他人還在休息呢？不管我是不是出去了一會，至少是應該等我中午退房後或者主動讓打掃的時候再來收拾吧，這種對於喜歡清靜或者對私隱性有要求的，真的也是蠻煩的！

民宿就在南關廂步行街裏面，出門就是熱鬧的街道，停車也非常方便，就在民宿的地下停車場。房間很大，設施齊全。

為了觀潮去的海寧。
🚗停車比較方便，可以從停車場直接坐電梯到大堂，就是衹免費一次，如果入住期間多次出入就衹能付錢了。
🏨房間挺大的，榻榻米上可以休息喝茶，晚上問酒店要了一床被子，就可以睡在上面上了。
🎇酒店就在“古鎮”裏，下樓就能逛，但是古鎮非常小，基本半小時就能走完。整體體驗還不錯，就是沒啥好玩的。

酒店房間不算多，就在景區裏，停車免費，停車場直接到酒店，很方便。房間比較大，配了小夜燈加濕器，比較少見。服務很細緻，小朋友剛好身體不舒服，買了葯送到前台，前台小姐姐直接送上去了。
