The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. The interior design was modern, and the room itself was spacious and airy. I also appreciated how quick and smooth the check-in process was. The breakfast was good too.
The only downside was that the soundproofing could be improved, as I could occasionally hear noise from outside or nearby elevator. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay and good value for the price.

Whenever I visit Hai Phong, I always stay here. The front desk staff speaks Chinese, and the breakfast is excellent. The rooms are very clean. You can even bring durian!

The hotel was quite nice, clean and nice view. I liked that they have 24/7 customer service which is really important for us. They helped with ordering taxi and other things.
It has good location I think, a lot of cafes nearby.
Also the breakfast buffet, we loved it.
