As always, staffs are really friendly and supportive throughout checking in and out. Love their large selection of foods for breakfast. Super easy for getting around downtown Hai Phong for street foods. Definitely come back again.

Hotel locates in a very convenient place, rooms are clean, new, good & quick service. Staff handle request very fast & nice. The view is very nice.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️From the front desk to the room service. I’m traveling with 2 of my kids (10/13 ) and they both loved the buffet style breakfast. In room dining is also a must try. It’s also located in the heart of Haiphong !!!

Luxury, amazing experience at Pullman Haiphong. The launge is superb. The service is always great. I spent the new year eve in the skybar as well, definitely some good memories will be cherished for a long time!

The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast spread was impressive. There are plenty of cafes nearby. The hotel facilities are excellent, with a pool and a gym. The night view from the window is stunning, and you can even enjoy a drink on the balcony while admiring it.
