The room hygiene was subpar, and the cafe staff were rude 👎. I, as a hotel guest, wasn't even allowed to sit there with my friend. To top it off, the room still had the previous guest's trash. It was a very disappointing experience.

The staff were kind and the food was so delicious, which was great. And the night view outside the hotel is so nice at night. The hotel pool is also nice. 🤩 I will visit again when I travel to Hai Phong next time.

A colleague recommended this hotel, and it didn't disappoint. The room was spacious and very clean. There's a restaurant in the lobby on the ground floor. At around 500 [currency, e.g., RMB/local currency] per night, it offers excellent value for money. I stayed for two nights and had a great experience. It's also very convenient for taxis.

Hotel looks newer. And it is clean . But, I stayed at 504 , which is facing the school and very noisy at daytime .
Housekeepers need propert training when they open the guest room . They rang the bell and they opened the door in a second . embarrassed. Otherwise, hotel is well equipped and and the front desk clerks are awesome .

The rooms were decent, but there was an issue with the booking platform and the hotel's policies in Vietnam. On the first day, I booked two rooms for four people for 455 units (presumably VND). On the second day, when we wanted to extend our stay in the same rooms, they wanted an extra 100 units per room. However, when it came time to actually pay, they claimed my initial booking was for one room and one person, and demanded an additional 70,000 VND per person! I recommend the platform and the hotel clarify their policies. In the end, we canceled our reservation and got a full refund. There are good hotels nearby anyway!

This hotel is awesome! Our room was super clean, and the amenities were top-notch. Linh from Rumba Reato was especially great; she even helped us use our points for food. Some staff weren't as friendly, though, and the Rumba manager was pretty rude at breakfast, making us feel unwelcome even though it was only 8 AM. Still, overall, it's a great hotel, and I hope the manager learns to be more sensitive to guests.
