The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. There are shops and restaurants right across from the hotel, which made dining very convenient.

This hotel is close to Sunac Water World and convenient for travel. The room is spacious, the breakfast is plentiful, and the quick-heating water dispenser is a nice touch, allowing guests to enjoy hot water instantly without having to boil water. However, I recommend providing small bottles of mineral water, as this is a great option for guests who prefer to drink hot water.

Let's get straight to the point. The response to my check-in request was slow, but improvements were made after I reported it to Ctrip. The most frustrating thing was that the air conditioning in my room was still very hot about an hour after I checked in. I called the front desk and asked for a technician to come check the room. After waiting for over 20 minutes, no one showed up. I called the front desk again and they told me they'd checked it upstairs and said it was fine. Without my insistence, they just gave me a nonsensical answer and refused to send someone to check the room. And yet, I had requested a visit from the beginning. An hour after the staff arrived, the room was still a bit too warm, so I called the front desk to send a fan. The person who delivered the fan was even more outrageous. After knocking on the door, not only did they not offer any basic courtesy, but their first words to me, with a stern face, were, "Is it hot?" "Okay?" I learned a lot. An employee who kept talking to themselves and had no service awareness and was completely rude to guests. Awesome.

Very close to Water World, good service, and OK breakfast. Especially on the second night after returning from Water World, we dined at the restaurant on the second floor. It was very cost-effective and a hotel worth recommending!

The room is large and the service is pretty good, but the elevator is really too slow and the underground garage is extremely hot. The breakfast is so-so with few varieties. The shower gel and shampoo labels are wrong.
