Impeccable location, adjacent to Hakodate JR station. So convenient to take all sorts of public transport. Room is clean.

This hotel is located next to JR station and you can avoid getting wet in some bad weather in Hakodate. The public bath (on the top floor) is not an onsen but there is an open air section. I went there on a very windy night and it was quite an experience. But they do close it when it gets too bad. The lounge is on the same floor, too. There is a good collection of travel books, rail related books and comics. Plus, a self service coffee machine. The toilet & shower in the room is an open style, it does make the room feel a bit bigger. The breakfast cost 2600 yen but it is worth it. Fresh seafood is provided plus a sushi chef. The only downside is that the restaurant is relatively small and it can get very crowded during rush hour. Furthermore, there is only one staff member clearing the use plates and I felt bad for her. Overall, it is a very nice hotel especially for people who travel by rail.

JR INN is just next to the Hakodate Station. You will have the panoramic view of Hakodate from your room. There is a guest lounge when free coffees and teas are served. Rooms are modern and spotless.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the train station. The room is clean. Unfortunately, we couldn't select our pillows as they were all taken by the time we returned to the hotel. I will certainly opt to stay here again for my next trip.

The Hotel is linked to the JR Station and no need to worry the snowing when you arrive. The onsen is amazing when you are enjoying the snow drops on your head!

Good location , The hotel closed to JR station. Just walk 5 minutes to Morning market.

Very convenient hotel, it's right next to the Hakodate JR station (makes travelling easier during the winter period!). The room I got faces the Hakodate Morning Market (a must go!) and it's only less than a minute walk there. As for the room size, we got two 28 inch luggage and 2 small 20 inch carry on. I wouldn't say it fits well, but it's doable! (Refer to pictures) I would stay in this hotel again the next time I come to Hakodate!

Like the hotel states, it is literally connected to the JR station, less than 3 min walk. You don’t even need to push your luggage through the snow or anything. Covered walkway as well. Market is just right outside, many food options around as well. The pillow options at the lobby was super great as well! Highly recommend!

Location is good n convenient but your amenities come in a plastic bag outside your door. Weirdest service. They try to go green but cleansers and liquid amenities all come in sachets which increases more waste. Staff are friendly but limited English competency.
