It was a beautiful hotel! If you like golf even better. They have hotel pick up at the train station so book your seats in advance. Hotel mistakenly remove our drinks and snacks in the room don’t know why but they compensation us with a very good meal and sake. Overall it’s great! Love the onsen. Just wish that the bus can be more frequent and lasts later and connect to more places!

The golf course is very beautiful, drive to see the trees on the mountain are lush emerald green, next time have time to go to experience playing golf, looked at the fees are not expensive, accommodation thousands of yen can experience hours, but recommended to stay more than two nights; 2. The hot spring is a bit small, the old is normal, maybe in the mountains, the hot spring is not the main facility; 3. The room looks out to the green golf course, dinner and breakfast is a Japanese traditional meal, the variety of dishes is relatively simple without any expensive ingredients, but the general Japanese traditional meal is like this; 4. After all, it is in the mountains, suitable for couples or a few friends to talk and relax, family customers especially have smaller children to choose carefully, because after driving up the mountain really will not go out to buy things, must bring everything necessities for children; Summary: If you are not in a hurry to stay for two nights, if you are in a hurry to change hotels every day, you should not go up the mountain to stay. Although the stadium is beautiful, you will not have much time to go out and walk.

Traveling with a family 🧑🧑🧒🧒 with children, we booked a corner Japanese-style room. The room was very large, the view when the bed curtains were opened was excellent, and there was free coffee, drinks and ice cream in the lobby on the first floor.

It's been more than a month since I last reviewed this hotel. Staying in this hotel was a surprise during my May Day trip to Japan. The most confusing thing at the time was how to get to the hotel. I called the hotel the night before and agreed to pick up at Odawara Station at 2 pm the next day. Everything went smoothly. I was worried that the hotel would be old after reading the reviews, but when I got to the hotel, I found it very clean. The whole family liked it very much. We rented yukatas to take pictures in the room and the courtyard. It rained on the day of check-in. Soaking in the open-air bath in the rain can be said to be a moment of life. The food was also very good, but the children's meal was surprisingly caloric. After dinner, I returned to the room and opened the door. The tatami had been fully laid. I chatted and watched TV with my family on the tatami. I spent a very happy night. If there is a chance, I will stay again. A very cost-effective hotel, highly recommended!

It happened that it was a rainy day but it snowed heavily on the mountain! Although there were some obstacles going up the mountain, fortunately the driver was experienced and arrived safely! Every waiter greeted us kindly. While waiting for check-in, we even took the baby to the courtyard to watch the snow. It was a great check-in experience!

I booked a one-night stay at the Hakone Yunohana Prince Hotel in Hakone on February 5, 2024. The hotel is on the top of the mountain. The location is excellent and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery that cannot be seen below the mountain. It happened to be a rare heavy snowfall that day, and the traffic in Hakone was paralyzed, making it impossible for us to reach the hotel normally, so we immediately contacted Ctrip’s customer service. I would like to thank Ctrip’s sister Xiaohe very much for worrying about my urgent need. Contact the agent and ask the hotel to send a car to pick us up at Gora Station. Although we waited for 2 hours, it was very good to be able to do this under the sudden heavy snow and force majeure. I would like to thank Ctrip for its perfect after-sales service. I would also like to thank the hotel staff for being able to arrange every guest in the hotel under such extreme weather conditions! The hotel is very clean and the whole environment is very quiet. The Japanese courtyard style makes people feel away from the hustle and bustle and alone in a pure place. Especially after the heavy snow, it is like a fairy tale world with beautiful scenery. After check-out, the hotel has a dedicated bus to take guests to Odawara West Exit, which is very convenient. If I have a next trip, I will still choose this old hotel.

The dinner order is expensive and tastes terrible. I have never eaten such terrible Japanese food. The restaurant service is not good either. Bad review

I used Hakone Yunohana Prince Hotel to spend a relaxing time during the New Year. I was traveling with my family, and I was able to communicate with the hotel staff via email from the beginning of the reservation, including room reservations, room assignments, and meals, which was very helpful. In Japan, the number of people in a room is strictly determined, and if there are more people than that, we have to add more rooms, which made it difficult to make reservations. In the United States, even if the number of people increases on the day, the price of one room always makes it easy to stay overnight, so I wish Japan would do the same. I made a reservation for the same menu as the adults so that the children could enjoy hotel food for the first time, but since the children could not eat on the day, I was glad that they accommodated me. I'm glad that I had a good New Year's holiday this year and that my whole family was very happy. I would like to use it again with my family.

The facilities of these hotels are really good. The staff at the front desk are really nice. There are outdoor and indoor hot springs in the hotel. The outdoor hot springs are really comfortable. Next time I have a chance, I will definitely stay in this hotel.

An independent hotel on the mountain, next to the golf course, it is best to get there with a car. The environment is very beautiful. When we arrived in the evening, there was a Chinese-speaking waiter who could communicate easily. He had already prepared the room card for us to check in, which was quite considerate. I booked a tatami corner room, which was very spacious and comfortable. The hot spring is very comfortable. You can take a bath at any time from 5 to 10 am and from 1 pm to 1 am. Seats have been arranged in advance for both dinner and breakfast. The taste of the exquisite cuisine is okay, but I would like to suggest that the hotel must replace the chopsticks used. The disposable chopsticks are of poor quality, frizzy and irritating, and difficult to use.
