Great hotel. Service and amenities amazing (except no gym). Thought the rooms was well designed to provide good rest. In my opinion the breakfast was the star. Top Notch!! All in all great experience.

Overall great experience. Service was good. Loved the Onsen, it supersedes everything else. We have Japanese sushi for dinner and it was fantastic, great saki tasting selection.

The hotel is nice. There is a shuttle bus to Odaen. There is also a pick-up service at Gora Station.

The room is clean and quiet. The hotel is located only a 5-minute walk from Kami-Gora Station. The hot spring area is not large. The lobby fireplace is beautiful. I think I would book this again.

It's average, there aren't many options in the mountains, popular hotels can't be booked, this Hyatt has many rooms and many Indian restaurants, those who mind can take a detour, the service is more in line with the Hyatt's level,

I went there on a family trip. The service was very polite and nice. I had breakfast and dinner there, and the food was delicious and I was very satisfied. I wasn't aiming for that, but the fireworks were amazing. I'll definitely stay here again!

The hotel is located halfway up the mountain, with beautiful views of Mount Fuji. The hotel provides free bus transfers, making it very convenient for changing lines in Hakone.

We stayed in five hotels in Japan this time, and this one was the most satisfactory. The scenery was breathtaking, and watching the races was also very exciting. My family members all said that we should stay one more night.

The location is quite remote and there is nothing to eat around. We bought some food in advance at the convenience store. The hotel service is very good and the service staff is very enthusiastic. The breakfast is so-so and there are not many choices. The room is quite big and the hygiene is OK.

The toilet seat was broken and could not be used. The shower tray was also broken and could not be used. I paid 100,000 yen per night for that kind of facility and would like a refund.
