The dinner was absolutely delicious and quite unique, and breakfast was beautifully presented, though not entirely what we're used to. We booked two private onsens upon check-in, and we really enjoyed everything.

We had a wonderful stay thanks to the hospitality of the hotel staff. Clean and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast and dinner, great onsen, and incredible nature all around. And there's also a really cool gift shop in the hotel.

This is an amazing hotel in the mountains. It’s perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The atmosphere is lovely, and they offer great dinners and breakfasts. We booked a private onsen, and it had everything we needed. The staff were always ready to help and answer any questions.

I really enjoyed this hotel. We opted for a room with actual beds instead of futons, as we prioritized comfort. Upon arrival, we booked a private onsen. After a long day of sightseeing, there's nothing quite like soaking in hot water while gazing at a bamboo grove – it was pure bliss! The Japanese-style dinner and breakfast were also delightful. The hotel's location is convenient, with a bus stop right outside. Bus T goes to Togendai Station, where you can transfer to the ropeway to see the sulfur geysers. From there, you can continue to Odawara Station to catch a train to Kyoto or Osaka.

I seriously suspect the cleaning staff are dishonest. I left something behind and couldn't get it back. I asked the front desk and they said they didn't have it. However, I definitely had it when I packed my luggage the night before. I only realized I hadn't packed it when I was waiting for a car right outside the hotel entrance, so there's no way I could have left it outside. I asked several times, but they kept saying they didn't have it.

It’s a beautiful ryokan with a good onsen. It’s tatoo friendly, it was important for me. There were a lot of the Japaneses, so I think it is also a good sign for the place. Staff knows English very well and dinners and breakfasts was tasty

It was an amazing experience. Very high quality service, insanely delicious kaiseki dinner and breakfast. Booked a private onsen for 45 min, unbelievable! Very authentic. There is a staff that speaks English.

It was a great time. So nice experience. The staff is very polite and friendly. The dinner and the breakfast were amazing. We also visited a private onsen, spent really nice time there under the sound of the rain and with the view on bamboo forest.

Since we were on a hot spring trip, the hot spring water was the most important factor in choosing a ryokan. Since the private rooms didn't have bathrooms, the price was relatively low. Since we were traveling with my daughters and staying on a Sunday, the communal hot spring was quiet, which was great. The hot spring water made my skin smooth. The Glass Museum is nearby, and after the Togendai Port Pirate Ship Tour, we arrived quickly by bus. The kaiseki dinner and breakfast were both excellent. I tried to reserve dinner online, but they told me to do it upon arrival at check-in, but I think the restaurant had private seating for each room, so I was able to do that. I had a choice between 6:30 and 7:30.
