The hotel offers a shuttle service to JR Hakuba Station and Hakuba Happo Bus Terminal. We booked the shuttle and it was incredibly convenient! Thank you very much! The only minor downside was that the hotel gym didn't have any dumbbells. 😁

Great customer service, staff was friendly and polite. Pick up service from/to Hakuba bus terminal was a plus. Had their seasonal set dinner at 11,000Yen but was not the best and lots of food choices along Echoland. Overall stay was pleasant.

The Hakuba Hotel prices are generally on the higher side, but this one offers pretty good value for money. It's a room over 40 square meters, perfect for a family of four, with two beds and a tatami area. You just need to lay out the tatami futon yourself. There's a free shuttle to Hakuba ski resort, though the schedule is a bit limited.

A decent Courtyard by Marriott. The room was spacious and well-equipped, even featuring a comfortable Japanese-style tatami area.
The hotel's hot spring was great; it wasn't peak season, so there were very few people, which made for a really pleasant experience.
The location is a bit far from the station, and the hotel only offers two complimentary shuttle services. There aren't many small restaurants near the hotel either. Staying closer to the station would definitely be more convenient.

Enjoyed this hotel so much. Staff were friendly and helpful. Better to have a car because it is far to get to a supermarket or convenience store. Otherwise, you can just uber around, which we did. Our rooms were spacious and clean. It was the best stay of our whole trip.
