We reached around 8 at night on the day of our booking. Hotel is on main road. It can be seen clearly. Within 5 minutes, they checked in and gave us the keys to our rooms. The rooms are comfortable and looks great. The room service is also fabulous. We only tried hotel food by ordering it from reception. It was delivered within 25 minutes. Food was good. Haldwani railway station is also just approx 1 km away. You can get the conveyance easily as the hotel is on main road. Overall a great experience
