We specifically requested a room days in advance, away from the noisy highway, since I had read about this in previous negative reviews. Our room was clean, but there was a very loud droaning compressor noise that any guest would not be able to tolerate! We had to contact the night auditor at about midnight and he said we would have to notify front desk in the morning. After no sleep all night, the front desk clerk, Lynette, told me she knew that a coke machine below our room has been a problem! So managment knew about this inherent noise issue and said nothing. To add insult to injury, Lynette smiled with a smirk and said, "have a nice day." Really? Is this how Quality Inn responds to a guest that spent alot of money to have their night completely ruining? Shame on Quality Inn.
