The staff was very friendly but the hotel was not very clean. Our couch was ripped and smelled bad. There was hair in the shower when we arrived. The free breakfast was sporadic, requiring waits of up to 10 minutes. The pool was cloudy and the hot tub had clumps of hair in the corner next to it. Nice hotel but it’s showing some wear (chipped decor, hallway rug stains) and could use a thorough cleaning!
