After four or five stays, each having minor problems (such as noise from the train, ptac noise, poor location of the room, terrible strong chemical/perfume smell in the hallway) that I tried to put aside, my last stay and poor attitude from the front desk was enough for me to never stay again. Housekeeping threw out the box for my new coffee maker, this was no where near the trash can. The night audit charged my stay in full after two days, I was staying for four-five nights. I brought it to the attention of the AM shift at check out and she said first that it is just the way the audit does it, I said no that is incorrect, you charged me to soon ! Then I had a box thrown out that I needed she said “what makes you think it was housekeeping?” Excuse me!! Was someone else in my room?! No! So yes housekeeping threw out what I needed to safely transport this back home. Her dismissal of the matter and attitude was horrible. The GM did her best to make the situation better but enough was enough. I will not stay again and no longer recommend this location.
