Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Hagerstown, MD

We had a great stay. Hotel had a indoor pool which was awesome. Hot breakfast in the morning and staff was super nice. The only con would be they dont do housekeeping unless to stay 3 or more nights. You have to get towels and anything else you may need from the front desk. But overall I'll rate my stay a 4 out of 5.

The breakfast was of reasonably good spread. Facilites a little tired and rundown, but location is convenient.

We had children running around all night right above our hotel room!! We called down to complain and nothing happened. Then early this morning say 5:30 am those same children were running around in their room again. If we got 3-4 hrs sleep we were lucky 🍀 will not stay here again!!! Staff didn’t seem to care

Came here for a business trip a week ago and picked this hotel out of all the rest in the area and boy am I glad I did. I don't have trip advisor but I just signed up just to make this compliment about a young man that works at this hotel. His name is Jay and he is so friendly and welcoming. I drove for a long 12 hours until I reached this hotel due to me being very tired. He made sure he greeted me with a friendly smile and while we checked in he talked about his dogs and we shared photos of our dogs. You can tell he loves his job and cares for the place. He put us in a wonderful and spacious room. He pointed us to a great Mexican Restaurant in downtown Hagerstown. The only thing that confused me was why does some employees there dress up professional and some dress down. I think in my opinion it should be even across the board. Thats why I went straight to Jay because he actually looked like he worked there and the other gentleman didn't. Anyways this is a beautiful place and will diffidently come back. Give him a raise lol.

I choose to stay here at this location with my family because we broke down on the side of 81. When we got there we were instantly greeted with a smile. The Gentleman at the front desk I think his name was Jay went above and beyond and welcoming us and taking care of our needs. He even showed us the handicap room that was available to accommodate my father's needs. He made sure to let us know about breakfast which grossed us out and ended up not eating much. He made sure we found a great restaurant within walking distance that was awesome. I think the name was Black Rock. That gentleman is so pleasant and so nice to people and you can tell he cares for the hotel and its guests. You can tell he loves his job and those people are very hard to find. The only complaint I have is that the lady at the breakfast area never wore gloves and always seemed to have an attitude. We didn't notice the glove situation till it was too late and it made me sick, GROSS. We will diff. be back but will not eat the breakfast. Someone needs to tell that lady to were gloves. I want to say her name is Barb/Brenda I'm not sure i heard other people shouting her name. All and All great place.

All god except could hear Libby tv or radio all night.

Hotel and room was very good. Nice layout of the king room with a comfortable sitting section. We did not try the breakfast.

Check in yesterday 4/15/2024 and stayed one night and the clerk in the blue long sleeve shirt was so rude never even greet the guest coming into the hotel and always had a (I don't wanna be here) attitude every time we passed by the hotel. The clerk in the pink polo I think his name was John (he had piercing's) He was such a sweetheart. He greeted us the moment we entered the door and ever time we seen him always had a smile on his face. He seems to be built for the hospitality industry. He is completely an asset to this chain. We will definitely be returning just because he is so kind and welcoming.
