Galicia Nueva, Castle Hotel

We didn't stay there, only visited the restaurant, which was a nice experience. Few guests, good kitchen, kind service, lush interior. The desserts felt a bit over-thinked and over-sweet though. The restrooms are just as luxurious as everything else. There are big armchairs for those only wanting a coffee or a dessert (but I suggest a good meal rather than their sweets)

The wc was sooooo great and nobel and the restaurant the personal was so good and the meal we had zonic and some desert it was soooooo good i wish i could stay here but its very very expensive i really recommend this hotel and restaurant to everyone who likes good deserts

We thank Galicia Nueva Castle Hotel for an incredible unrepeatable experience - our wedding. Everything was excellent. Food, accommodation, castle premises and willingness of the whole staff. I would especially highlight the work of the wedding manager Mrs. Lepiešová. She was very helpful during the entire wedding preparations. From the moment we arrived in the region we could see the castle for miles. Set up on a large hill the view is amazing at all four corners of the castle. On arrival into the reception our bags were collected from the car by the concierge, the receptionist who spoke excellent English offered us prosecco or juice while we checked in. We were then shown to our room which was fabulous to say the least. The castle is newly renovated and opened in 2016 and this is evident in the condition of the rooms and public areas. To say our suite was excusite is an understatement. The bedroom which gave an almost 360 degree view of the area was out of this world. The wellness centre was beautiful with the usual sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and pool. There is massage available on request. Breakfast was delightful, both continental and cooked are available and come included in the price. We had dinner in the hotel with family and this is also very well priced considering the quality of the establishment. One or two points annoyed me, the ST. Nichlaus Bar and the rooftoplounge are closed for the winter. We were not supplied with this information until we went enquiring. Also the hotel shuts down at 22.00 except for room service. To conclude, this is a fantastic hotel, the quality of the facilities and service and manners of staff are second to none

last weekend having lunch. very fast, really high guality food and professional service.prices very competitives except local beer.we have take soup,main course and desserts.table was excellent,familly satisfied.

We stayed here in September 2021 for 2 nights. The hotel is very nicely renovated, as well as the park around it. The food at the restaurant was excellent. Breakfast could have been a bit more extended given that it is a 4 star hotel. Our main problem with this place is that there was a wedding taking place the second evening we stayed there. We were not informed about this in advance. Due to the layout of the hotel, with the wedding taking place in the covered courtyard, and all rooms surround the courtyard, it was impossible to sleep until the wedding party was finally over. The staff did little to help us, apart from argue for a good 15 min that it isn't possible we were not informed. (After going through our booking they eventually concluded that we were indeed not informed). If I spend this much on a hotel, I expect a decent night rest. If you can't guarantee that, then don't rent out rooms when you have a party or wedding!
