Friends, unfortunately, the hotel does not deserve 4 stars, I wouldn’t even give it two. I do not recommend anyone to encounter such staff and conditions. *The rooms are practically not cleaned. I had water spilled on the table, no one even touched it until I wiped it up myself. * During breakfast they provide water and coffee, during dinner they are prohibited from drinking water (the machine is turned off, even children are prohibited from taking their own water into the dining room). The dishes are dirty, especially the cups: taking a cup and finding traces of lipstick or coffee lips on it is a common occurrence. The hotel staff takes her away with a dissatisfied face, but the next day the situation repeats itself. * if you like to go to the beach in the morning (7-10 am), then forget about it. Since all the sun loungers are fastened with an iron chain to the umbrellas and the person with the keys comes to work at 10 am. Nobody cares that then the intense heat begins. Until 10 am on the beach you will stand or sit on the floor. No one will unfasten the sun lounger for you. I have attached a photo where you can see the iron locks on the sun loungers. People stood until 10.40 that morning because the boy with the keys was late. * I’m generally silent about staff communication. There is only one answer to any complaints or questions: “so these are your problems, Mrs. tourist. So don’t come if you don’t like it”😂 Breakfast is the same every day, there hasn’t been a single change in 10 days... it’s a pity I didn’t take a photo, otherwise I would have also attached a photo. The beach is not cleaned, it was clearly sandy before, now there are a lot of stones, but the hotel is not the same the act of putting the beach in order. Where there are rocks, a mass of algae and moss grows under the water, so swimming on the right side of the beach is very unpleasant, your feet are always scraping against the grass under water. In general, not a hotel, but one complete disorder. If you have small children, I do not recommend it!!!!

June 2023, the hotel is located far from civilization, on the territory there is only a hotel and a store inside it, to get to the nearest village you either need to have a car, taxis are expensive, car rental is also expensive 120 euros per day, but there is a budget bus with Conder running it’s three times a day, I’ll attach a photo of the schedule. The nearest village with shops is Skioni, about 10-15 minutes drive, there are a lot of taverns, shops and hotels. Mehndi is more suitable for those who want peace and quiet, the food is delicious, there is variety every day, but! - in the morning they give you coffee and juices, for dinner you buy your own water and other drinks, only peaches and oranges for fruit. the beach is right next to the hotel, free sun loungers, the only thing is to take your towels from home to the beach, the water is clean, the rocky shore has sand in the water. WiFi is available throughout the entire hotel and even on the beach it is free, air conditioning is also free in the room, payment only for air is 3 euros per day per room. The rooms are small, clean, there is a refrigerator but it doesn't cool at all. There is TV but you won’t see anything else except Greek channels. In the evening you can die of boredom here. Be sure to take an extension cord or several adapters, there are only two sockets in the room, considering that everyone has their own gadget, you need to charge it one by one, and when you leave the room, pulling out the key card, everything turns off automatically! Swimming pool with sea water, they pump it straight from the sea. There are two taverns on the territory, a little expensive for lunch for one - about 6-8 euros. At the reception you can find out everything and ask to order a rental car, or a taxi, or ask for the bus schedule, or any other information, but no one speaks English or Russian.

La struttura ha un enorme potenziale, pulita ed anche ben tenuta. La gestione invece è a dir poco pessima. Il soggiorno offre la mezza pensione, colazione indecente, con avanzi su avanzi proposti di giorno in giorno; la cena ……. oscena. Fortuna che nella struttura c è una taverna piuttosto buona, per cui se non si vuole uscire, si può mangiare a prezzi modici. La spiaggia è bella e spaziosa, ma non apre prima delle 10,00 e non è ad uso esclusivo dell Hotel, per usufruire basta prendere una consumazione. Gli ombrelloni non sono sufficienti per le camere della struttura, per cui in agosto la corsa per accaparrarsi un posto . Lettini vecchi e rattoppati. Piscina grande e pulita, ma l apertura sempre alle 10,00 e lettini sempre limitati per una struttura così grande. Il personale della reception poco disponibile ed indifferente agli ospiti. Per fortuna in una giornata di pioggia abbiamo scoperto il Tridente beach a Pefkochori, dove abbiamo trascorso le nostre giornate. Insomma se decidete di soggiornare a Kassandra cercate un alloggio a Pefkochori, una località bella, animata è piena di vita.
