Hotel am Steintor

Ein sehr schönes kleines Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Für Ausflüge zu Fuß sehr gut durch seine Stadtnähe geeignet. Zum Landesmuseum für Vorgeschichte sind es fußläufig etwa 20 min. Das Frühstück ist gut und liebevoll präsentiert. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Für unsere 2-Tages-Halle Tour ideal.

The hotel is centrally located between the train station and the city center, you can easily reach many things on foot or, if necessary, the tram stop is almost in front of the house. We were able to park our car for free on the small side street in front of the main entrance. The ladies at the 24-hour front desk were all very friendly and helpful. Our double room was a good size. The beds were a bit soft but comfortable. A small refrigerator was available. The bathroom was well equipped. Bathroom and room were clean without any drawbacks. In the morning the room was quite bright, the curtains darkened only a little. The breakfast was okay, unfortunately there was little choice of hearty dishes for vegetarians and nothing for vegans. The coffee was outstanding.

Wir wurden in diesem Hotel von dem Personal sehr freundlich und höflich behandelt. Unser Wunschzimmer wurde uns dankenswerter Weise wieder bereit gestellt. Danke! Das Hotel war insgesamt sehr sauber und größtenteils in einem sehr guten Renovierungszustand Doch leider passt es zu dem Übernachtungspreis und den drei Sternen des Hotels nicht, dass das Restaurant außer zum Frühstück, geschlossen ist! Sei es wegen der Corona- Hygieneregeln oder anderen Problemen. Das Frühstücksangebot war solide, jedoch erscheint der Preis von 10,00 € pro Person etwas hoch. Außer, dass wir zum Einnehmen der Mahlzeiten uns in der Stadt etwas suchen mussten, haben wir uns im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt.
