The hotel room needs to be improved by checking the bathroom's for mould and tiles broken can cause injuries possibly plus water pressure was terrible I have been to a few hotels in the past 12 months and I was disappointed with the room I stayed in this time.

I spent 2 nights here sharing a one bedroom apartment ( twin beds ) with a friend. We had a good view from the 5th floor. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed ( self contained ) Comfortable beds and awesome rain head shower and spa bath. The pool area look like it would be a great place to hang out in the summer time… easy beach access too.

We called by the cafe Clipper for the purpose of a quick drink just after five yesterday. It was symphony on the green night. We were told quite rudely that it was fully booked. We accepted that but told them not a meal just a quick drink. There was a high table and stools no reserved sign on it also two large settees empty. We had checked in got a band on our wrists. The place was obviously expecting bookings in as lots of reserved signs but almost empty at this point. I would have thought a quick drink was possible given the empty high table and settees. But no just told no and out bands quickly cur off our wrists and dismissed. No manners no customer thought at all. No we didn't have a booking. In the old days there was a bar for people just wanting a drink. Maybe not licenced for food without drinks now? But if you want people to come be a bit welcoming. After that treatment I doubt we will be back. No so sorry no nothing. Poor by today's standards.

We have stayed here 5 or 6 time, love the location, the rooms are spacious a few marks on the carpet but seriously no issue, we always have a marina view room and love it. Check in staff are friendly too. Will definately be returning.

Stayed Quest Rockingham. Arrived at 1.00pm requested check-in was told that our 2 rooms were not ready, came back just before 2.00pm 1 room was ready 2nd room was not avaliable untill 2.10pm, The hotel knew we were there an hour before check in, why wasn't both our rooms not ready on time? To add insult to injury new arrivals came at 2.00pm were checked in before me. I believe that Quest Rockingham being part of an international world renowned chain has offered me unprofessional inferior service and an insult by not being able to check me into my room on time I've stayed at the Quest Rockingham 5 or 6 times in the last year but the service this time was certainly below standard. Steveb stayed in room 305B 7/5/23.

Staff are always friendly. The food at the bar is great value (10$ premium specials are available every day), the food is well cooked and the presentation is exquisite. The ready-made beer is carefully selected. It’s comfortable to sit in the garden area, you can choose to bask in the sun or sit in the shade. It’s okay to come here for a drink or lunch, but I wouldn’t choose it if I was going to spend a special moment.

Stayed here for a few days Friday to Monday. Very happy with our accommodation - simple with basic furniture. 2 adults & 2 young children. Upstairs were two bedrooms & bathroom. If you find it difficult to climb stairs this isn't for you as the stairs go straight up. Sliding door out to a small balcony over looking the pool. Was spacious & clean. Downstairs was self contained kitchen that lack nothing but being away from home we did live on take aways but all equipment available if you fancy cooking a meal. (Within walking distance is a great eating establishment that you should try and squeeze into you visit). Downstairs toilet with washing machine & dryer. A large table with a comfortable lounge to sit on. Outside grounds were very tidy. Great to stay in summer but would be totally different atmosphere as our stay the weather was May weather. Couldn't fault place if I need to stay in Mandurah again will stay here.

C Mandurah Resort & Serviced Apartments is the ideal place to stay whilst in Mandurah. We booked a 3 bedroom apartment for a quick overnight girls getaway . Although a little dated (especially the kitchen), it was very clean and had 2 bathrooms . Beds were super comfy and linen was of superior quality. Resort gardens and pool area are beautiful and well maintained. Reception staff were very accommodating and allowed us late checkout to midday at no extra cost! Thankyou. Would stay here again, possibly for longer next time!
