Clean place and staff polite

This is a clean and beautiful hotel. the location is perfect, it is near everything you need. very friendly and kind workers. good English abilities. i will book again for sure.

Beautiful hotel close to the beach. It has jacuzzi and the stay was absolutely amazing. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Couldn’t believe it was so cheap and so luxurious

The hotel location is European Street, which is also very close to the Halong Bay Scenic Area Pier. Overall, it’s okay. The price of the hotel is cheap, the facilities, sanitation, environment and services are very good. There are many restaurants around 🙂🙂🙂

Environment: Very good. It is a new hotel and the room is a bit small. It is not far from the vegetable market and the pedestrian street. You can walk around. Hygiene: very clean

A hotel located in a ghost town in a new city. Of course, it is free from motorcycle and vehicle noise. Instead, they are free from restaurants and convenience facilities. The facilities are a clean hotel in a new building, but it is not very crowded, so it feels like there is a shortage of staff. There is a swimming pool on the rooftop, but it is not maintained and seems to be lacking in various aspects of the staff. I was embarrassed because the blanket was a single layer. There are a lot of mosquitoes around.

The Vietnamese beauty at the front desk enthusiastically introduced all aspects of the room and tourist attractions.

There are many vacant rooms around, so the location is quiet. But the sound insulation of the room is slightly poor, and the sound from the corridor is obvious. The style of breakfast was okay, overall it was OK.

The room was noisy, this included the cleaning teams shouting and crashing around at 6:45am. We were told the pool was out of use when we arrived (no prior communication). We were sent to use a pool at a neighbouring hotel which was filthy and cold. The water was cloudy and the tiles had algal growth on them so needless to say we didnt bother. Clearly there isnt anyone staying around here at the moment. Breakfast choice was limited and the coffee was the undrinkable super sweet local stuff that the western pallate (and teeth!) cannot handle. I watched a staff member smoking in the foyer and kitchen area, another get off his motorbike and immediately start touching the plates (helmet still on!) So hygiene is questionable. A third staff member tapped me on the shoulder and whisked my plate away within seconds of me finishing my plate. Good job i didnt want any more. The room was ok, but let down by staff and facilities.

Smiles all around, ten uncomplicated days of indulgent holiday experiences and memories. A big thank you to all staff, keep up the good work.

Overall good places today

The hotel is great, comfortable, clean, with a good breakfast buffet and attentive and friendly staff. Well located for those who want to go to the amusement park, night market and cruise departures. But if your goal is to get to know the city of Ha Long, you will have to rent a scooter or hire a taxi.
