The ship itself is clean and the service is pretty good. As for the food, the taste and quantity are decent for on-board meals, so it's a good value for money to book on this site. There are no other Japanese customers, and the majority are Korean, Indian, and Westerners.
The room is not very large, but it is clean including the bathroom. Bad Point is that you can hear the voices in the next room and the bathrobe is

Great cruise option for Ha Long Bay! This one was on the pricier side when looking at options, but you definitely get what you pay for here! We saw some of the other cruise options from ******* docked when we boarded and felt VERY relieved we had chosen Hermes.
The staff were lovely and very accommodating!
Overall Ha Long Bay is a tourist destination so keep expectations open, it’s definitely not like the incredible pictures in advertisements (trash everywhere!)
