Đến Hạ Long vào mùa lạnh là 1 trải nghiệm rất đặc biệt. Không đông đúc, không khí biển trong lành sạch sẽ. Khách sạn trung tâm view sang 2 đảo đẹp tuyệt vời.

Mình cũng là 1 người đi rất nhiều resort nhưng theo mình đánh giá ks tương đương với chất lượng 5 sao . vì nhà có trẻ con nên rất cần bể bơi và bồn tắm mà ks đều có . Phòng ốc sạch sẽ , thái độ phục vụ rất chuyên nghiệp . Hôm trả phòng mình còn tranh thủ đi chơi để vợ trả phòng . đến khi về đến nhà ks có gọi hỏi có quên gì không mới ngớ ra là quên tiền trong két . Rất cám ơn ks đã đảm bảo cho khách 1 kỳ nghỉ chọn vẹn

Khách sạn rất mới, phòng rộng, tiện nghi. Bữa sáng khá ngon với nhiều món ăn đa dạng. Đặc biệt nhân viên ở đây cực kỳ hiếu khách, ở bất kỳ khu vực nào trong khách sạn họ cũng đều rất thân thiện, niềm nở, sẵn sàng giúp đỡ khi khách nhờ trợ giúp. Một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời khi đến với Hạ Long, cảm ơn các bạn rất nhiều.

Thật sự rất ít điểm chê trách vì sự hài lòng trong tôi đã lấp đầy mất rồi ! 10 điểm cho chất lượng dịch vụ ( phòng ở sạch sẽ tiện nghi và không ngờ là không gian rộng và thoáng như vậy 🤩) và sự phục vụ tận tình của nhân viên ( lễ tân và các nhân viên khác chuyên nghiệp , lịch sự và hỗ trợ tôi để có thể nghỉ ngơi 1 cách thoải mái nhất sau chuyến đi đường dài ) 😌😌 Đối với tôi một người thường hay đi du lịch và công tác , thường xuyên sử dụng dịch vụ khách sạn thì Marina Hotel sẽ là điểm ghim ưu tiên khi tôi đến Hạ Long 😁 Lần sau nhất định sẽ đưa đại gia đình ghé qua để hưởng thụ . The lobby of hotel is very luxury.My room is nice The view from hotel room is unbelievable. Looks out over the bay and city. Staffs are very kind and helpful expecially receptionists.The whole place are here keep very clean and hygienic so I felt very comfortable. Thanks a lot .Will stay here again
