The hotel was quite good for the price. Breakfast didn't have much choice, but it tasted OK. The rooms were also very thinly soundproof. It felt like you could hear everything outside of the room.

Good location of the hotel! 10-15 minutes walk to the embankment.
Breakfast is average: soup, of course rice, tea/coffee, toast and fruit
Be careful - there are rooms without windows.
