The room offers a full view of Ha Long Bay and the pier. We were lucky enough to even catch the fireworks at night! The pool also has a great view. However, the lighting in this room is terrible, like something out of a guesthouse in a small town.

Facilities: Excellent! Quite comprehensive.
Hygiene: Very clean, and I absolutely loved the disposable slippers.
Environment: The lobby is grand, and the public areas are spacious.
Service: Superb!!! The front desk lady was incredibly nice. She helped us book a car back to Mong Cai at a very reasonable price. She also upgraded our room, so we had a sea view and even saw beautiful fireworks from our window at night! 🎆 Our stay was truly elevated. Next time I visit Ha Long Bay, I'll definitely stay at Wyndham again.

Huge luxurious hotel with 2 reception areas.
Room was tastefully decorated with a huge bath tub even for a standard room.
Breakfast choices was abundant and delicious.
Receptionist was helpful in booking mini bus back to Hanoi which was the greatest relieve after the ordeal encountered at the Hanoi airport to get there.

The location is incredibly convenient. We took a six-star cruise day trip, and it was only about 800-900 meters from the hotel, easily walkable. There are also many seafood stalls nearby with delicious food. The hotel restaurant downstairs is great too, and the Vietnamese coffee is a must-try.

The hotel's front desk staff had absolutely no service意识 (service awareness). The room was quite old and didn't provide a five-star experience. This is the first time I've encountered a hotel that requires check-out by 11 AM and doesn't allow check-in until 3 PM. They even made the excuse that they needed time to clean because a guest had just checked out. How ridiculous!

location is 10mins walk from Sunworld
Service is good overall, from front desk to waitress , conceige helper and room service staff.
Hard ware need great improvement anc maintainence is urgently needed. e.g. swimming pool is not very clean, with broken tiles; phone is not working in room to make local calls, no chair or table in the balcony, no clothing hanger in the balcony, no chairs and no towels for sunbathing around swimming pool on the 5th floor.

Location was a nice and convenient spot that let us easily get around the Halong Bay area easier. Rooms were very nice and neat, however, we did run into some issues with hot water taking a very long time to flow in one of the rooms we booked.
