The B&B itself is beautiful, with an abundance of vibrant flowers and plants. However, I must say there's significant room for improvement. For the price point, the breakfast was incredibly monotonous – the same offerings every day with no variety whatsoever. Anything else had to be paid for separately, and even then, the taste was worse than street food. What was truly surprising was being charged for using the washing machine. I took one look at it, and it was so dilapidated, yet they still charge for it… On the positive side, the B&B's interior space is generous, and the amenities are fairly complete. However, the bathroom was extremely old and dim. The mirror light was broken, and the toilet seat was too small and crooked to be used properly. These little details significantly detracted from the overall experience. Furthermore, the service was severely lacking. The reception staff offered no smiles, no greetings, and completely lacked basic courtesy and service awareness. When we tried to book a car, we were told they only offered overpriced private car hire and refused to help us purchase business class car or bus tickets. Therefore, if you're coming to Ha Long Bay for a cruise, I highly recommend booking a high-end hotel near the cruise terminal instead. It would be more cost-effective, and the service would be much more comprehensive. Unlike us, who ended up spending our daily budget on Grab rides back and forth without receiving any service. It's all show and no substance. One star!

We came from Beijing and found this incredibly cost-effective guesthouse on Ctrip. It had high ratings and a very low price—just over 300 RMB per night. Initially, we were hesitant to book, but when we arrived, we were amazed by how much better the environment was than the online photos showed. Roses were in full bloom, and butterflies were fluttering around. It was just 100 meters from the main street, making it very quiet at night. Breakfast was excellent, with two fried eggs per person, Vietnamese drip coffee, and green tea. The staff were incredibly friendly; the beautiful owner even helped us call a taxi when we left, which was cheaper than booking online. The service was excellent. If they could upgrade the bedding, the price could easily double, over 600 RMB. Thank you.
