第一次到下龍灣旅遊，無意間選擇了這家酒店入住，竟然有意外的驚喜，酒店地理位置非常好，門口就是纜車園區入口，另外一邊就是一排商店及各式餐廳，距離夜市也不是很遠，酒店格局及裝修氣派，房間很大床鋪軟硬適當睡的非常舒適，酒店入住含早餐品類眾多，當天遇見大堂經理Thu值班，非常熱情是個有温度好客的人，服務意識極強主動熱情，當我們遇到麻煩時義無反顧的一一幫我們解決了所有的問題，真的非常感激她，真的是一個非常好的體驗，下次有機會來下龍灣，會再預訂這家酒店，希望到時候還能巧遇Thu,謝謝了我們後會有期

是下龍地區算是最新且高檔的飯店。
面海無敵海景、隔音效果也很好
房間雖然不大，但也是很足夠使用，夠寬敞了。

Excellent facility with a helpful dedicated staff. Breakfast buffet was multi-national and a chef was on hand for omelets, etc.

酒店安排的房間，視野還不錯，可以看到下龍灣遊樂區的全景，酒店對面即是下龍灣夜市，晚餐也很方便。還有早餐以及人員服務也很滿意。唯獨房間的地毯感覺太髒了，這是可以改善的地方。
