A wonderful stay experience with my family. I arrived early and received very enthusiastic support from the receptionists so my family could check in early and rest. The room is very spacious and clean, fully equipped. The hotel breakfast is very delicious. Special thanks to receptionist Tu who enthusiastically advised me on fun places around the hotel. If there is a chance, I will definitely come back again.

We stayed two nights at the Halong Plaza Hotel and we loved staff at the boutique hotel, they made our stay. Everything were excellent. Room was clean, quiet and our room was upgraded to higher floor with bay and bridge views. We thank you for your service and breakfast was highlighted. Highly recommend this hotel to all.

I took my hisband to vietnam for a special birthday. My husband and i found the hotel to be very comfortable and the cleanliness was of a high standard. The rooms were cleaned and the beds were changed every day. All the staff at Halong plaza worked very hard to maintain a high standard. The four season restraunt is very good and had lots of tasty food on their menu to choose from. We had a buffet style breakfast every morning which was also lovley. The hotel is in a good location. We were on the 12th floor with the most beautiful view and the room was of a good size. We had the most amazing 3 day cruise around Halong bay which was organised by the receptionist this was the highlight of our holiday it was absolutley breathtaking. There is nothing we can fault in this hotel as our 2 week stay was absolutly amazing. All staff were very polite and very attentive. We had an early morning check out (03:30am) and the hotel manager insisted on making us a cooked breakfast and snacks to take on our 2.5 hours journey to the airport. Their customer service was fantastic and we would like to thank all staff at Halong plaza for a remarkable stay.
