Best Hotel ♥ Low prices, very friendly staff and great location! The rooms are in good condition and fully equipped. The hotel is located directly opposite Sunworld, with easy access to restaurants and amusement parks. It is especially nice to have a balcony. The breakfast is varied and the food is delicious. This hotel sells beer, which is the cheapest (15,000 buildings) compared to the surrounding restaurant market! The staff is so friendly and helpful. However, I am sorry for not cleaning the room.

We have a great time in four seasons hotel. The room is simple but correct and the breakfast is included (simple but still better than Nothing). We booked the tour there for a good price and the manager helped us for the bus to Ninh Binh. Thank you very much for everything ! We recommend!

Looking at the ranking, I booked a bed through agoda and sent a message to the store in advance to request a lower bunk because I was carrying a four-year-old daughter. The hotel has no feedback except for a routine introduction, thinking that the information has been delivered and knowing the situation. But when I arrived at the hotel on the afternoon of the 26th, the front desk refused to check in because of the super staff. On the webpage, it was prompted that the child could stay without an extra bed, and there was no advance notice to refuse the reservation. The hotel asked me to cancel the order. The fee was not high, I paid 350k directly and chose a room. After washing, the laundry service was carried out with the changed clothes. When I picked up the clothes the next morning, the language may be a little unclear, and the waiter despised another guest: chinese. At ten o'clock, hand over the room key to the front desk to check out. Tell, wait a minute, check the room and leave. Objectively speaking, the hotel is not far from the night market, but the secluded alleys are worth choosing carefully. Clean and delicious breakfast. But the service needs to be greatly improved, even if it is a homestay. After comparing the other four-night homestays, two-night backpackers, one-night Xialong Bay Boat Hostel and four-night Da Nang Intercontinental, I think it is still necessary to tell everyone the real feelings and choose carefully.

The hotel is clean and has all the basic amenities, it had air-con, a fan, a shower, a flat screen tv that had english speaking channels, fox movies was our favourite. It was however slightly noisy in the morning and you could hear everyone that was anywhere near the staircase, my boyfriend was a heavy sleeper so it didn’t bother him but it woke me up several times.We stayed on the 4th floor. Also the hotel isn’t in a very touristy area, we found one restaurant that was about 0.7km away and no one in the near by shops spoke english. The staff at the hotel were very helpful when we checked in, directing us to the tour shop to book our halong bay tour, however the following day when the tour bus didn’t show up, they didn’t want to know, it wasn’t there problem. If you have to stay in halong for the price it was perfect but i’d recommend getting a tour from hanoi. I should also add it was really close to sun world but whilst we were there we didn’t see one rollercoaster go round.

Similar to a homestay, the facilities are generally clean and tidy. The proprietress's Chinese is very good and very convenient for communication. She helped us book a two-day and one-night cruise and sent it directly to the hotel booked in Hanoi after the trip. It was great!

All aspects of the hotel are great. According to the vegetable market, fruit market, seafood market are very close. It's not far from the sea, and the sea view is good. Cost-effective. Beauty Ruan, who can speak Chinese, has a warm service and answers every question. Help us book tickets to Halong Bay and bus tickets back to Mangshi. The prices are reasonable. Halong Bay is very worth visiting, but it must be visited in good weather. We do have good weather.

Vivian was excellent, she speaks English, kept in contact via whatsapp, arranged wonderful tours...highly recommend the Bai Tu Long tour for the authentic rustic experience. Extremely happy with the room best I have stayed in, comfortable bed, free snacks everyday and available snacks for purchase...lovely touch. Large bathroom and HOT water.
