Popular Ha Long 4-star Hotels

Very nice hotel. fully equipped. Highly recommended, very close to the seaside, complete facilities around the hotel, warm hotel service, delicious breakfast, friends can book with confidence.

Room is superb clean. Facilities are good. Location wise is far from tuan chau harbour & Bay chai harbour. Do not trust the transport that arrange by hotel's lady! Is not even taxi nor hotel's car, is a personal car who trying to charge high price. (1) We requested hotel to pick us up at 14km away from. Pre-comunicate via WhatsApp is 200k vnd, and when we arrived hotel, the guy intend to charge us 250k vnd but lastly we show him supporting proof & called hotel then only allowed 200vnd. (1) we also ask the hotel lady to book taxi from hotel to 6.1km away for where our bus pick us. Same guy again, with same trick. We ask the lady how much will be the cost , she ask us not to worry as is meter will 1km 12k vnd. Then we insist and the price range then she mentioned range 100k-150k. When end of the trip. We are asking to pay for 150k vnd without using meter. Conclusion, very nice & clean hotel but do not ask hotel reception for taxi. Or if want, insist them to book a proper taxi for u with pre-agree price. Not personal type car.

We stayed in a 2BR apartment, which was cosy, but adequate for our family of four. Having 2 bathrooms was great, and the A/C was lovely and cool. The kitchen only had 4 glasses, 2 coffee cups, some tea/coffee, a kettle and a fridge, so not setup for any sort of self-catering. Rooftop pool was well utilised by our family during the limited opening hours (closed during the middle of the day). Gym was well equipped but warm with no A/C or fans. We didn’t use the indoor pool, although it looked nice. Restaurant was fine for breakfast - mix between set menu and buffet, depending on the day. The staff were excellent. In the restaurant, Rosie was always helpful and happily shared ideas for planning our days. The hotel reception staff - in particular Ms. Nga and Ms. Thu, helped plan several activities, including booking massages, taxis, Ha Long Bay tour and airport transfer on arrival, and transfer to Hanoi on our behalf. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

On our tour through Vietnam we stayed in this hotel. It is central, nearby are several restaurants and cafes. The rooms are clean and maintained and the staff were also quite friendly. Due to the Corona pandemic, few guests were present, so breakfast had to be ordered on the day before. The continental version, consisting of roasting, spice, small sausages, salad, bread and fresh fruit was sufficient and delicious. We had a pleasant stay in any case.

On the whole, it is very worthwhile to enjoy the view of Halong Bay from the room provided by the hotel during this vacation, especially sitting on the sofa in the room with a bottle of beer and admiring the beauty of Halong Bay. On hot days, the hotel's swimming pool also provides a good place to cool off. The style of breakfast is ordinary, but it also meets the standard of 4 stars, but the breakfast is only available until 9 o'clock, which is a pity.

The hotel should be a Vietnamese four-star hotel. The hotel guests are Vietnamese. Most of them speak loudly. The breakfast is bad. The room is small. The road to the hotel is very poor. The surrounding environment is for the abandoned construction site. If it is compared, it is a domestic business hotel. It is a domestic business hotel. Therefore, the price is much more expensive, and the hotel of domestic people is only one or two hundred yuan. This hotel is not an international four-star standard!

The hotel has many smart modern features worth trying, especially lights that change color to your liking. The hotel next to Vincom is easy to move around for shopping, and the view of cafe T9 overlooking the city center and the bay is super awesome.

I still like it very much. I went to Vietnam with the group. The hotel was really rubbish, so I searched this nearby hotel, which is very good in comparison. ! ! ! ! ! ! !

This hotel is big in town with a great view of the bay. The room is huge but it outdated The room was clean but damp smelled Breakfast one day was bare minimum because seem like only our group , the second day was much better because there were 2 other big groups so there were more choices The hotel is near restaurants and market The services were slow and not friendly, not even a smile The hotel is running down and no longer a 4 stars hotel, many services are no longer available due to lack of customers for this hotel and other hotels around town This hotel is in the new area of town so it’s not close to night market but cleaner area

Đoàn mình được hỗ trợ check in sớm hoàn toàn miễn phí. Các bạn nhân viên đều thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Nhà mình có đi theo gợi ý các quán ăn ngon mà bạn lễ tân chỉ. Đồ ăn đều ngon, giá cả phải chăng. Phòng ốc hiện đại, sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Điều hòa 2 chiều, Nóng lạnh 24/24. Mình không nghĩ với mức giá tương đối thấp mà chọn được phòng ở một khách sạn chất lượng như vậy. Nhất định mình sẽ chọn Halios cho chuyến đi tới Hl lần tới
