Travelodge by Wyndham Pioneer Villa

This place is absolutely disgusting. I'm in the process of filing a complaint with Travelodge as we speak. The front desk help was incredibly disrespectful behind the back of a guest leaving the office as well. I couldn't be paid to stay here again.

Excellent!! Relaxing…….. well needed.

Uncomfortable beds, stained bedspreads, bathroom door drags on the floor, general vibe of old and grungy...yuck. Worse than that was the restaurant staff. They all seemed extremely unhappy and lacked basic manners to the point of being rude and offensive. If you make it feel like I'm not welcome, I'll be sure to never come back.

Good service excellent food good clean room Like the coupon for breakfast discount. Very friendly check in service I would return again and the property is quiet and well lit and plenty of parking see you again

Reasons to stay away: 1) The minute the front door was opened, you could smell that it was musty and old; 2) door safety lock was broken (told clerk on duty, she said she’d make a note of it); 3) coffee maker didn’t work correctly; 4) the refrigerator was dirty inside (told the clerk on duty and thought it’d be cleaned our second day—it was not!); 5) nightstand had dried food particles stuck to it; 6) the bathroom door scraped across the bathroom floor and was hard to open fully; 7) we didn’t feel safe leaving our items in the room, so took our luggage, etc. with us when we left for the day.

I reserved my stay online, but they had tons of trouble finding my reservation. The staff was friendly enough, but every evening and every morning, I had to go in and problem solve with them until they could confirm my reservation for that day.

Expected a non smoking room, got a smoking room, even after they were supposed to chane from double queen to non smoking king room. When we opened the door we got a smoking double queen. Door latch broken from being kicked in. Stains on floor and curtains. Smell in room

Not a comfortable place to stay. Only stay there if there is absolutely no other options! Spend the night in your own car and don't pay $130 - $140 for an outdated building and especially, guestrooms and you will be more satisfied (for this location only). It would be a great idea if you tear down all buildings and build a new multilevel hotels with pool, exercise room, and plenty of parking spaces.

Booked this room for OSU graduation weekend and this motel is in terrible shape. I did not spend the night and checked out by 9:30 pm. The lock on the large front window on the ground floor window was broken and I was told by Dawn (reception) that non other rooms were available and no maintenance personnel were there. I was told that "it was a fairly safe area" and expected to stay there even though the room could not be secured. I am a 67 year old women traveling with my 20 year old daughter. I am being charged for 1 night stay and am blasting social media to prevent other women from risking their safety and being forced to stay in an unsecured room.
