There is one item at a time, but even if the plate is empty (confirmed by the staff), if you order a drink and the next one doesn't come out quickly, the food will be served quickly even if you come later. I went there first thing in the morning, but it hadn't been cleaned, the drinking water container was still empty from last night, and when I checked out, I was charged for alcohol that I hadn't even drank, and the hotel staff checked to make sure there were no mistakes when ordering. Kinjo is so arrogant that he doesn't check with the staff, acts like he refused to pay, and of course he doesn't even apologize.First of all, if the staff says it's not the staff's mistake, then I think it's natural to ask the staff for confirmation, but Kinjo. At tourist hotels, there is no doubt that the staff are the ones who have the worst attitude.

My husband and I went with the concept of doing nothing. The twin room was spacious and comfortable. There are hot and cold water pots, and the teapot is an iron kettle. Mimata no Yu is the best. I was also soothed by the sound of water in the open-air bath with a view of the waterfall. The food was delicious (to our taste) and probably the best of all the places I've been to. The other guests also told the instructor that the food was delicious. I'm happy with the hospitality, with attention to detail. When is the next one? I'll be staying again.

I stayed here on my way back from a marathon. I have stayed at the National Recreation Center next door for about 7 years, so the quality of the hot springs that made my bare skin smooth was as expected. However, as mentioned in the previous review, there seem to be some employees who are not suited for customer service. I was going for a walk around 6am, so I called out to the front desk and was told to just show my face and leave the room key there. Oi oi, can't you just come to the front desk and receive it? I thought. Of course, this person was the only one who made all the other employees polite and helpful.　 　If you meet even one person like this, you will feel sick during your stay. Therefore 5 stars cannot be given. By the way, I stayed in the cheapest room in the attic, but it felt like a secret base and was perfect for a solo traveler.
