İki aile olarak gittik. Temizlik, Restoran, Kaydırakla Açık Havuzu ve Kapalı Havuzları çok çok iyiydi. Hizmetlerden yararlanırsanız çok iyi vakit geçireceğiniz muhakkak. Özellikle Selda ve Burcu Hanım ile Suat Bey olmak üzere çalışan arkadaşlar da çok ilgiliydi. Teşekkür ederiz.

Otel temiz ,çalışanlar ilgili ama otelde herşeyin paraya dökülmüş olması can sıkıyor ben mesela akşam yemeği için 675 tl verdim adam başı ama akşam yemeğinde ucretsiz olarak meyve suyu ve cay var birde su, kola fanta vs icmek isterseniz ekstra ucretli 60 tl,termal havuzda bone zorunlu diyorlar 30 tl bone ucreti,saat 15.00 ten 17.00 ye kadar cay kek saati ekstra ucret istendi onu almadım,akşam yemeginde cıkan et haşlama çok sertti diger yemekler ***et guzeldi,erkekler ve kadınlar ayrı ayrı yerlerde havuza giriyor bunu hesaba katarak gidin,genel olarak memnun kaldım..

Otele ailem ile gittik 2 gece konakladık. Uzun yoldan gittik yorumları dikkate alarak ama tam bir fiyaskoydu. Resepsiyondakiler sanki zorla orada çalışıyorlar gibi çok asık suratlılar ilgisizler.otel ile ilgili hiç bir bilgilendirme yapmadılar. Valizlerimizi bile zorla odalara biz çıkardık. Kaldığımız süre içerisinde oda temizlenmedi. Yemekleri tatsız tuzsuz. Çok başarısız Çocuklar yemeklerden rahatsız oldular hastalandılar. Öyle yorumlarda anlatıldığı gibi bir işletme değil. Yıllardır bir çok otelde ailece konakladık ama böyle bir konaklama hiç yaşamadık. Çok başarısızlar böyle bir işletme olmaz. Özetle kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum. Paranıza yazık başka yere gidin. Verilen paranın hakkını asla vermiyorlar.

Odalar iyi durumda, havuz biraz daha bakımlı olabilirdi kalabalıklaştıkça temizliğini kaybediyor, filtrelemesi iyileştirilmeli. yemekler ***et lezzetli ve çeşit yeterli. Canlı müzik var ve çocuklar için palyaço gösterisi yapılıyor

The Hilas Thermal Resort & Spa was an excellent experience. We stayed in the Terrace Room, which had an enormous balcony offering wonderful views. The room was beyond spacious and incredibly clean. The staff provided good service, particularly to me as an English speaker, and were happy to assist. Unfortunately, as we arrived very late in the evening we could not take advantage of the spa services, but the amenities looked incredible and I wish we had been able to stay longer. The hotel itself was easy to locate off a main highway using Google Maps. I recommend staying here.

2023 yeni yıl gecesi için geldiğimiz otelde mükemmel bir gece geçirdik.Yemekleri harikaydı personel gün için çok yorulmasına rağmen güler yüzlü nazik ve kibardı , yönetim çok ilgiliydi misafir perverdi canlı müzik ve etkinlikler, mini-klup muhteşemdi. Personel çok yorulmasına rağmen müşteri memnuniyetini ön planda tutarak, güler yüzünü hiç eksik etmedi. Bizlere çok güzel bir müzik şöleni yaşattılar, ayrıca konaklamalı olarak da gittiğimiz oteli herkese konaklamalı tavsiye ederim. Odalar temiz ve hizmet, ilgi takdire şayandı. İlginiz için tekrar teşekkürler hilas thermal spa 💖 Samsun’da yaşıyor olmamızın verdiği rahatlıkla belirli aralıklarla sürekli misafiriniz olmaya gönül rahatlılığı ile hazırız.
