centrally located, clean and comfortable rooms. Would stay again.

Position of hotel is good. A lot of good restaurants around. Closed to central train station. Room is tidy and neat, Renovation is pretty new.

The front desk staffs are professional and helpful. It is very convenient to travel different tourist spots via central station and U Bahn.

Wow...this hotel in incredibly well located for Central Station and travel throughout Hamburg. I would definitely stay here again.

Very good location, clean and friendly staff .

The hotel is very near the main train station, just a 5min walk, super conveniet. The room is spacious and with hair dryer, electric iron and water.

The hotel is around 7 mins walk from the Hamburg main train station and the S-bahn is just right outside the hotel. This hotel is perfect in terms of the shopping and food options around it. The hotel is very nice with Rituals product in the toilet which we love. They allowed us to check in early as well upon becoming a member.

Great location within walking distance from the train station and popular amenities. Clean great sized rooms, friendly service and easy luggage storage prior to check in

In front of the hotel is under construction, so a bit confusing when you walk from the Central station. The hotel location and the room was amazing. Also, right in front of the hotel is an underground path to the underground train station really easy access to the train. 

I am not surprised with Novotel. A regular customer by them. The location is good close to everything. The hotel cannot be faulted it was all seamless stay.
