The hotel apar**ent room was absolutely superb (apart from the missing cutlery and dish-ware from the kitchenette) but sadly that is where it ends. We stayed an entire week, in that time we could not even find the reception, the bar, the restaurant, breakfast or gym - the entire hotel I’d currently a building site and so is the street outside. We did not need an alarm call, the building starts at 08:00 and they knock off at 18:00. Don’t get me wrong, the room was fantastic, and Holiday Inn (across the street) do great breakfasts, but this is not what we signed up for, nor what we were expecting with every communication promising all the missing facilities.

Im Januar 2023 waren wir für 3 Tage in Ihrem Familien geführtem Hotel zu Gast. Die Parkmöglichkeiten waren gleich hinter dem Haus, und für eine Bezahlung in Hamburg sehr lobenswert. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und unsere Fragen wurden nett beantwortet. Wenn man das erste Mal das Gebäude sieht, denkt man nicht, dass die Zimmer echt top sind. Das Frühstück hatten wir am nächsten Morgen ers**al getestet und wurden leider für diesen Preis sehr enntäuscht. Es waren überwiegend nur abgepackte Produkte , die das Preis / Leistungsverhältnis von 15,50 € nach unserer Ansicht echt eine Frechheit ist. Die Nächste U-Bahn / S- Bahn Station "BERLINER TOR " ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar, was wiederum ein Pluspunkt ist. Rezeption - jederzeit wieder und ich empfehle euch trotzdem auch gern weiter 👍

Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, zum Frühstück für Jeden etwas dabei und alles wird abgerundet mit einer ausgesprochen freundlichen, fröhlichen Kommunikation mit den Hotelmitarbeitern an der Rezeption - jederzeit wieder und ich empfehle euch auch gern weiter 👍

Wenn man das erste Mal das Gebäude sieht, denkt man nicht, dass die Zimmer echt top sind. Frühstück ist gut und das da, was wir erwartet haben. Empfang und Freundlichkeit von DEM einen Ansprechpartner extrem zuvorkommend. Auch wurden Fragen und Wünsche im Vorfeld umgehend erledigt. Ich würde beim nächsten Mal ein Zimmer auf der Straßen- und nicht Bahnseite explizit buchen.
