The service at reception was excellent, very friendly and patient team. I didn’t have breakfast but I know I will next time I stay in Hamburg since I will definitely try to stay here whenever I have business in the city!

Super Lage. Super Duvet und Matratze. Solide und funktional ausgestattet. Sauber. Was meines Erachtens nach fehlte, war nur ne Kaffeemaschine oder ein Teekocher... ach und Hausschuhe, da zwar ein wunderschöner Holzboden, aber kalt. Aber ansonsten top!

Ei ole mukava raahata matkatavaroita kolmanteen kerrokseen ilman hissiä tai käydä aamiaisella tai muualla ja kiivetä tai laskeutua jyrkkiä portaita useamman kerran päivässä. Welcomed by a very pleasant team who seemed genuinely committed to ensuring my comfort. The room was small (and advertised as such) but had everything necessary for a short visit. Location is great: safe, lively and convenient to the hauptbahnhof and city transit. Breakfast was delicious.
