Wir sind für einen Kurztrip in Hamburg gewesen und hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt im The Fontenay. Alle Mitarbeiter waren außerordentlich freundlich, das Zimmer war sehr schön, die Lage des Hotels ist auch sehr gut. Das Essen und Frühstück im Parkside Restaurant waren ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir werden hier sicher wieder übernachten, wenn wir zurück nach Hamburg kommen – nach unserem Geschmack das beste Hotel im Hamburg.

Schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Das Zimmer ist modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Allerdings waren uns die Tische doch sehr nah beieinander, sodass keine Privatsphäre gegeben war.
Alles in allem aber ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Fantastisk hotel! Og uovertruffet service og imødekommenhed. Både morgenmad, frokost og aftensmad var i topklasse og skønt barområde med udsigt over søen. Eneste minus er SPA’en og en pool, der simpelthen er 3-5 grader for kold til at man får en god SPA oplevelse. Der er endvidere kamp om hvilestolene og vi måtte lægge håndklæder mv. i vindueskarmen begge gange. Det er anden gang vi besøger hotellet og begge gange har SPA’en været det eneste minus der kunne sættes på et ellers 5-stjernet ophold. Det anbefales, at opdele pool’en i en indendørs og udendørs, hvis det kan gøre opvarmningen lettere.

Einfach immer wieder eine Freude in diesem Hotel zu nächtigen. Es hat seinen Preis, aber es ist wie ein kleiner Ausflug in die hanseatische Seele. Sehr zu empfehlen ein kleiner Spaziergang in der Umgebung mit alten Patrizierhäusern und der Außenalster...
