Great place to stay. Central and close to almost everything. Apartment in good condition and very clean. But one huge thing made our stay quite uncomfortable: Pillows were very bad and made all of us waking up with sore necks. Now extra pillows in the room, so not much to do - But ina place like this you expect high quliaty pillows which was not the case.

Rarely have I felt so welcome and well received.
Torsten was really helpful and welcoming.
The hotel was right in the center with a short distance to everything.

Very comfortable and functional place in the center of Hamburg. Clean, very friendly staff. The only thing that could improve is the parking. Very little space in the building and expensive. The option is public parking which costs 25 euros per night. I would return without hesitation.

Leider war eine Kapsel-Maschine für einen Kaffee nicht vorhanden. Es steht eine normale Kaffeemaschine für Filterkaffee zur Verfügung. Wer hat denn Kaffee hierfür dabei? Wirkt etwas antiquiert und rückständig. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt zufriedenstellend. Die Gesamt-Benotung von 9,2 halte ich als Vielreisender allerdings nicht für gerechtfertigt.
