Interessante ,saubere Zimmer mit toller Ausstattung.Super Frühstücksbuffet,toller Service in allen Bereichen.Parkgebühren mit 26€/Nacht etwas teuer.Das Bistro sollte früher als 15.00 Uhr öffnen,was fehlt ist eine Raucherlounge.

Leider hatten wir eine unfreundliche Empfangskraft die gestresst und dadurch schlechte Laune versprühte. Fragen wurden eher ungern und knapp beantwortet. Für den Preis sehr schade. Sonst waren die Mitarbeiter aber zuvorkommend!

Unmotivierter Empfang, genervt, langsam, unfreundlich. Unter einem „Empfang“ verstehen gute Hoteliers etwas anderes. Schlechter Service im Restaurant/Bar, seit Jahren. Neu ist die Katastrophe beim Frühstück. Eine Kaffeemaschine, an der man anstehen muss. Service gestresst, kurz angebunden, unfreundlich, herablassend und nervig. (Zwingt ein Gespräch auf, wo kein Gespräch gewünscht ist. Nimmt sich heraus den Blick meines Mitreisenden zu bewerten. Wer um Himmels Willen hat diese Damen ausgebildet?) Wenn die Zimmer, die in die Jahre gekommen sind, nicht ok wären, könnte man denken man sei lästig, oder bestenfalls Bittsteller. Hier besteht dringender Handlungsbedarf.

Das Hotel liegt toll für einen Wochenendaufenthalt in Hamburg. Man ist mit dem Bus in 5 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof, in 10 Minuten am Rathaus. Die Haltestelle ist direkt vor dem Hotel. Falls man ins Harry Potter Theater möchte, so ist man in 10 Minuten hingelaufen. Vor Ort gibt es Parkplätze und eine Tiefgarage. Die Zimmer sind sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. In den Standardzimmern gibt es keinen Wasserkocher, aber man kann an der Rezeption nachfragen. Meine Matratze war etwas durchgelegen und dadurch etwas unbequem. Die Dusche im Badezimmer ist groß und hell. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich, besonders wohl gefühlt haben wir uns bei Frau Giesen im Frühstücksservice. Sie ist unglaublich aufmerksam und strahlt, auch wenn es zur Stoßzeit sonntags morgens wirklich stressig ist.
