Gutes Hotel in Hamburg. Zimmer sauber und ausreichend groß, eher wenige Annehmlichkeiten im Hotel, dafür aber sehr freundliches Personal und ein sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Nervig: von den lediglich 2 für Gäste vorhanden Aufzügen war einer kaputt, aber das kann passieren. Man ist flott an Schanzenpark und Sternenschanze. Da dazu auch noch der Preis in Ordnung war, gibt es 4 Sterne.

Drei Nächte war ich im Februar dort. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, die Nähe zur Messe ideal - nur deshalb übernachtete ich bisher mehrmals dort. Das Frühstück ist etwas teurer, dafür kann man schon mal ein Abendessen bezahlen. Ein Vorfall lässt mich nun auch mal eine Bewertung schreiben, denn ich fühlte mich von der Küche verarscht, vielleicht war es auch ein dummer Fehler der Küche, gutes Personal ist vielleicht zu teuer. Am 24.02. aß ich ein gekochtes Ei, 7 Minuten stand als Beschreibung dran, lt. Personalaussage ist es aber eher 10 Minuten gekocht, durfte für meine Geschmack noch etwas länger kochen. Am 25.02. bestellte ich mir daher vorsichtshalber ein 12 Minuten Ei, das Ergebnis seht Ihr auf dem beigefügten Bild - ich tippe auf unter 5 Minuten. Bei diesem Hotel- und Frühstückspreis erwarte ich etwas ganz anderes.
