Very good. The service at the front desk of the hotel was very good. We accidentally lost an umbrella and wanted to pay it to the hotel. The hotel said forget it. We asked for a band-aid. The room is a bit small but has all the facilities. The room is quiet and the location is great, downstairs. The subway station can seamlessly connect to the airport, which is very satisfying!

Not a good business hotel as the WiFi is lousy and the rooms without desk as workspace. But the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel room was dirty, we stayed with my two little daughters and my wife. Drink marks on the walls, the gaps between the windows are so dusty that they look like mud, the room smells of dust. Photos are deceiving. Since the cleaning lady did not come to the room, we had to pay an extra 100 euros for the cleaning the next day. They opened the room again by paying in person at the reception, on the grounds that the door card did not work without payment. I can forward the letter regarding the payment and the hotel request letter. My 2-year-old daughter and I were kept waiting at the room door for 30 minutes. Definitely go out with your family, especially your children.

Nice room with reasonably good space. The breakfast was nice with a large selection. Friendly and welcoming staff. The location of the hotel was good with walking distance to many things. All in all, we think we got a lot for our money.
