It was a good stay with good location, only that no air conditioning during my stay. the room was stuffy in daytime. Staff brought me the fan for the nights.

Location is good which is just two minutes walk from train station. Breakfast buffet is worth to have it, there are different selections of food and a very nice coffee to start a day. Friendly staff in reception but the waiting time for check in is a bit long , maybe it was the peak time. A bit disappointed of No slipper was offered in my room. Overall it is a nice hotel which can be recommended.

My second time staying within 3 months and the experience is still as amazing as the previous time. I guess this will be the only hotel I will stay in Hamburg from now onwards

The room was clean and nice. I didn't use it, but there was a gym and the location was good. The Chris**as market was within walking distance. I especially enjoyed the breakfast.

The service attitude of the hotel is extremely poor. I canceled the hotel once before because the itinerary was not confirmed, and Ctrip has given a full refund. But when I arrived at the hotel, a woman at the front desk told me that I had two reservations and that I had to pay for the other one before I could check in. I said that I had canceled it and the money was refunded! The woman kept chattering as if she wanted to eat someone. I said I would let Ctrip handle it. Finally, Ctrip called back and said there was a problem with the hotel system and the latest status had not been updated! You really can’t go to this burger if you can’t help but take a taxi to the hotel, to the luxury store, to the airport to check in, to the customs for tax refund! Nowhere is normal! Nowhere is anyone trying to steal money! If you don’t speak English or German well, don’t travel here. I lost my passport holder and 3,500 cash in a luxury store! I never want to go to this damn place again

The picture of the room we booked is different from the actual one. The room is too small. According to feedback from Ctrip and the hotel, the hotel has a thousand reasons. The sound insulation effect of the room is not good. The door of the next door rang in the morning and there was also sound from the bathroom of the next room. The hotel management is not good. , today was supposed to be the check-out day, but before check-out, the hotel staff knocked on the door and asked for cleaning. It’s commendable that the cleaning spirit is positive.

The hotel is in a great location, in the city center, surrounded by shops, so it is very convenient for shopping. The breakfast is also very rich, but the washbasin in the lowest-end room is a bit small.

The industrial style is very beautiful and the location is great for shopping. There is a shopping street and a huge supermarket downstairs.
