We used and visited all of the hotel's facilities and had a very pleasant stay throughout. The service deductions are due to the inability to speak to some employees because they speak neither German nor English. We make deductions in terms of amenities because the hotel has a wellness area, but unfortunately, compared to hotels of the same category, it does not have a whirlpool/real sauna (the existing one is for a maximum of 2 people)/steam bath/relaxation rooms. I would also have been happy if the gentleman at the front desk could have answered a simple question about the history of the hotel.

The front desk's business skills were not good. Several young people were confused and had to wait for half an hour to pay for the extended room. From time to time, someone knocked on the door to disturb me. I asked why, and said to confirm if the room was available? Nani! ! !
