Friendly service and clean room.
Unfortunately, it was difficult to reach the hotel by public transport as construction work was taking place in several places.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, breakfast was good. The location is not great, but there is a bus connection. It wasn't ideal due to construction work at the time we were traveling, but we managed quite well with public transport.

The best western plus hotel is strategically located. We just stay 1 night before joining cruise trip on the next day. The hotel is clean but the reception can hardly speak or understand english which is a minus point here.

It's always a pleasure to stay in this hotel, it has everything we want from a hotel. Facilities, size of the rooms, design, bar, restaurant, etc., we would easily give the hotel 5 stars but the pool is probably missing.
Either way, we'll be back, because for us the Best Western Plus Hotel Böttcherhof is the top address in Hamburg, thank you.
