Just good all place. Overpriced like every place in Europe now. There is old fashion sexkino on the first floor. Hamburg is nice, that district is awesome

The front desk service is very bad. This is the worst experience among all the business trips in Europe (I just sat at the front desk for two hours and they actually took away the chairs and asked us when we could leave, saying that the hotel was about to close... weird) The room also smelled very bad, the cups were short and thin, and the bathroom was too small to turn around.

Nice and above all clean hotel, very central location, some noise from the street in the evening. Breakfast is adequate for the price, a little more choice would be nice. Nice personel. You can also check in after midnight. All important utensils are available in the bathroom. Just to sleep there highly recommended!

Our stay was very comfortable and the room was clean and functional. The room was a bit dark due to where it was situated but as it was February and was a place to sleep and not to stay in during the day it wasn't a problem. Breakfast was great with a lot of choice and endless coffee. Thank you for accommodating us on our first stay in Hamburg.

Area around the property had a lot of homeless people and felt unsafe after dark. Hotel is basic and quite dated in the rooms but clean. Staff are friendly. Breakfast more basic than anticipated.

We ordered single bed. But got double anyway. So thats nice. One of the mans at the check in was a bit cranky. The man the other day wasnt.
