前台服務很不好，在歐洲出差這麼多次，最差的一次（衹是在前台坐了兩小時辦公，前台居然把椅子給撤了，還問我們什麼時候可以走，説旅館要關門了…..奇葩）
房間味道也很重，杯子又短又薄，洗手間也小轉不過身.
