From Hamburg, Germany, the purpose is to visit the Airbus Hamburg assembly line. The hotel is a four-star hotel, close to Hamburg's main train station. The environment is excellent and the bed is very comfortable. Next time I come to Hamburg, I will choose this hotel again. I have to say that the prices of hotels in Hamburg are very high.

Hotel is very near to the central station, about 3 to 5 mins walk away. Hotel doesn't automatically provide toothbrush but you can go to the counter and ask for it.

There was only one receptionist, friendly and helpful but she has to deal with all the other requests. The location is not far from the main station and conveniently located close to shops and restaurants which is the plus factor. The amenities were very basic. We had to rquest for extra pillows because there was only one provided in the twin bed request. There was only a combined shampoo/bath gel, no slipper. I think it's over rated for its 4stars

Living here by chance. I arrived late and got a room upgrade from the hotel. I stayed on the highest 8th floor and had a large terrace (public area). It is very close to the train station (note that it is Hamburg HBF, Hamburg's main train station) and is a 5-minute walk to the station. The room is relatively spacious. It has a floor-to-ceiling window door that can be opened, which is good. I was on a business trip in a hurry and didn't notice it. Overall, I am satisfied.
