Really enjoyed my stay at Citadines Hamburg. The location is great — not in the city centre, but super easy to get around with the S-Bahn and bus nearby. Being close to the port was a nice bonus too. Quiet, convenient, and comfortable.

We want to Hamburg to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel was very kind to give us surprised anniversary gift. The room was big and clean. The hotel location is good, just few steps to the Portuguese quarter where we can find delicious dinings. Highly recommend!

The location was great. Since it was a residence hotel, I was able to have breakfast there, which was nice. I think I'll stay there again when I go to Hamburg.

Although it is on the expensive side, it is a good residence hotel that is worth the price. It boasts an excellent location for getting to the city center; it is about a 15-minute walk to Hamburg City Hall. The reception staff were all friendly, and even if you don't speak German, communication won't be a problem as long as you speak English. I stayed in the Stereo room and the next level up, and both were clean and comfortable to use. As for the hotel breakfast, you might want to try it once if you are curious about what people eat for breakfast in Germany, but personally, I do not recommend it. If you think you will be staying for a long time, consider using the washing machine in the basement. It costs 5 euros per use, but it is worth it. You can dry your clothes in your room after washing, so don't forget to bring a drying rack up. I didn't use the gym facilities myself, but I occasionally saw people running on the treadmills in their workout clothes. If you want to maintain your exercise routine, using this facility until you familiarize yourself with the surrounding area seems effective. You can use the vending machines if you are too lazy to go to the supermarket, but I recommend using a regular supermarket if possible. You will be shocked when you see the prices of the items in the vending machine. EDEKA is across the street, so I recommend taking a walk there.

We are in a family suite and are very satisfied. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, the kitchen can heat meals, and the location is convenient for travel. I like it very much

There were cooking utensils and other things, and it was very comfortable. I only stayed for two nights, but it was a good trip. If I go again, I would like to use it again.

We only stayed here for one night, booked without breakfast. The room is very spacious, comfortable beds, soundproof windows, so don't be afraid of the main road at the door. Very clean. With a small kitchenette. Unfortunately the hotplate didn't work. I would like to see some tea and coffee bags as an improvement
