후기만큼 위치가 좋지는 않음.
지하철에서 가까운거리이나 가는길이 너무 어두워서 무서움.
바닥 카펫을 선호하지 않음.
1층 공사하고 있어서 호텔 들어서자마자 당황 스러움
가격이 비싸다고 생각되었음

Wir hatten ein tolles langes Wochenende in Hamburg und dazu hat das Madison maßgeblich beigetragen. Super und freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Tolle Bar mit sehr guten Cocktails und super Frühstück mit sehr nettem Personal. Unser Familienzimmer war ausreichend geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Raumpfleger waren immer sehr freundlich. Wir werden nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder im Madison Hamburg vor Anker gehen.

Good part: breakfast selection and helper & location Bad part: the rest of it The parking is a joke! The elevator is very unpredictable. The room has no cooking equipment! I was told by the front desk because we only stay one night and that is why it is NOT provided! There were some discussions and later those cookware were send to our room. In addition, we received an inmature calls from front desk about offering something which had never happened! Of course we did not expect anything too. The check out is much better but the whole image had established. Bottom line: do yourself a favor and go to other hotels.

Top Hotel in guter Lage. Wir konnten vom Hotel aus, viele Ziele zu Fuß anlaufen. So freundliches und aufmerksames Personal habe ich schon längere Zeit nicht erlebt. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen. Dieses Hotel können wir wirklich mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Sauberkeit der Zimmer sowie Personal ist klasse. Ein Anruf beim Housekeeping und Kochset für die Küchrnzeile wird kostenlos geliefert. Ebenso ein Podest damit ein Kind an das Waschbecken kommt.
Hotel wird bei allen Plattformen mit Pool angegeben. Hier habe ich zum 1. Mal erlebt das Hotelgäste (Freitag-Sonntag) 15€ Tagespreis für den Pool Wellnessbereich bezahlen müssen. Diese Tatsache hätte ich auch noch akzeptiert. Das Kinder unter 12 Jahren im Poolbereich nicht erlaubt sind, ist nicht zu akzeptieren. Diese Prämissen sollten bei den verschiedenen Plattformen ersichtlich sein. Auch wenn es auf offiziellen Hotelseite zu finden ist. Habe für mein Kind ein Hotel mit Pool , in ******* gefiltert. Halte das für irreführend das hier das Madison Hotel auftaucht.

Auch bei unserem zweiten Aufenthalt war alles bestens vom Check in bis zur Abreise! Das Frühstücksbuffet sogar noch besser und mit noch mehr Auswahl. Lage: Sehr gute Anbindung an Öffis (3 Minuten zur U3 Station). Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Nice hotel in good location. Breakfast very expensive at 26 euros per person so went to backerei nearby instead. Reception staff not welcoming or helpful. Bar staff great.
